Some customer comments:

  • General feedback on EFT process is that it’s good and BU was helpful/responsive as expected.
  • “Flexconnect OTT was tested and we were able to get it working after some time, but felt there needs to be some granularity in how AP groups are applied (per floor rather than per building).”
  • Enhanced RBACs were tested and successfully configured and we feel it is good.”
