Three Simple Steps to Awsomeness!

Step 1. Submit Your Request

Submit request through quarterly budget request process. Prioritization of request and turnaround times.

Step 2. Project Scope Review

Graphic Design Team will meet with you within 2 business day from receipt of approved request to understand scope and define SLAs.

Step 3. Project Completion

Turnaround time depends on complexity of request. Graphic Design Team to deliver on agreed to SLA.

The Process: Operation Model

Product Manager continues to submit request through budget process.
Ops Leads to prioritize with leadership, same process as budget. Use budget smartsheet to feed into In-House Media Production Smartsheet and then Graphic lead reaches out to product manager.

Project Management

Graphic Lead will schedule time with requestor within 48 hours of prioritized request receipt to define scope, requirements, and SLAs. Graphic lead to document SLA and define cost associated with request in smartsheet. SLA starts upon receipt of all required preliminary content from the requestor

Track KPIS

Quality: Rate the quality of the end product to your satisfaction? Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor
SLA: Was the agreed to SLA delivered as per expectations? Yes or No
Engagement Model: How would you rate your experience with the team? Excellent, Good, Fair, Poor

Project Guidelines

All request should be submitted a month prior to start of quarter via the standard budget process. Prioritization and approval of request will be completed by PIN and SVP leadership per standard budget process. Programs Team will engage with requestor within 2 business days after prioritized request have been provided by Ops Lead. SLA will be defined when scoping the request.

SLA Guidelines

Slides decks: depending on # slides, reach out for estimate.
Product photos: 7-9 days
Animation: 20 days, depends on requirement
Video production: 20 days, depends on requirement
Web/Print Designs: 4-5 days (e.g. stickers, t-shirts, banners) 3D Renderings: 6-7 days Virtual Reality Projects: 30 - 45 days
